Facility has implemented supervision training for all staff on November 27, 2023 through Microsoft Teams. Site supervisor will have another training for the two teachers involved today. The facility took immediate and proper actions to remediate the fixture by removing it completely from facility grounds. The deficiency cited today will be cleared.
