Lead test results showed room 1 faucet sink sources had an action level exceedance Facility had provided a written statement on their plan to continue to ensure that the water sources will not be used as a drinking or food preparation source. POC is cleared during today's visit. Staff indicated that source of water is only use for children to wash their hand. Drinking water is provided by filtered water with pitch and dispables cups.
