Facility will ensure privacy be granted to all children while utilizing the restroom at any time during day care hours of operation. Facility wil come up with a plan and place a poster sign on the restroom door "knock before opening the door" Facility will submit a picture of the sign posted to the Palmdale regional Office by 7/31/24 by email. Based on interviews conducted and observation the facility did not ensure children have privacy while utilizing the restroom. Interviews disclosed children were embarrassed and have a fear of no privacy while utilizing the restroom. This poses a potential Health, Safety or Personal Rights risk to the persons in care.
