Per Director, 4 faucets have been shut off complately and school will provide water from a non contaminated fixture located in the kithen/ LPA observed pitchers located in each classroom along with a refillable water container for each child in care. Based on observation, interview, record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that 4 faucets at the facility tested with a lead exceedance with values of 5.5 ppb or greater which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
