According to Director, the green room sink fixture will be removed entirely and the pipe will be replaced by 8/30/22. During inspection Director covered water faucet and placed a out of service sign on the sink. Parents will be notified of lead levels with class schedules by 8/26/22 and a copy will be faxed, email, text to the Palmdale Regional Office. Per SWRCB results facility was identified as having high lead level of 22.6. Sink water in room Green is accessible and was utilized for edible science projects with children.
