Per Principal, staff will be provided with a training on personal rights. Principal will submit a copy of the agenda, sign in sheet with attendee signatures via email to LPA by POC due date. Based on interviews and disclosures made, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in Staff#3 pinched Child#1 on the neck as Child #1 was attempting to throw something away which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
