Deficient Practice Statement Based on the observation, the Licensee did not meet the above regulation which poses an immediate Health risk to the children in care. During facility tour LPA was provided a Student Medication Permit which documents C1 was given medication on 9-25-2023. LPA was also provided the prescribed medication for S1. Medication was not in the original package but was in a baggie with the child’s name on it. The medication expired in December 2022. POC Due Date: 05/17/2024
