  by Facility Director, Dominique Coccio stated facilitycompleted an all staff training on 8/14/25 dealing with Staff Best Practices for upcoming year. Facility Director will email LPA documentation next week 8/18/25. Based on interview and record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above, staff posted video of day care child on social media without authorized representative’s consent which pose a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

  during interviews with ten staff, S3 and S5 indicated that on occasions, they observed staff were not in the napping room constantly The director agreed to send a statement to LPA’s email addressing the importance of staff stay in the napping room with napping infants constantly and they shall not leave the infant napping room while children are napping. The estimated time for the infants to be left unattended is not determined. Howerver the log checked every 15 minutes on napping children were in compliance. This is a potential risk to the health, and safety of children in care. The statement with the staffs’ signatures that this section of the regulation has been reviewed and discussed with the staff will be sent to LPA's email address by the due date of 10/31/2024..
