According to Director, drinking fountains' fixtures C & D will be replaced by 09/12/22 During inspection Director covered water faucet and placed a out of service signs. Parents were notified of lead levels via email and sign posted on outside board. Director will send corrective pictures via email to the Palmdale RO and will notify LPA of new testing results. Per SWRCB facility was identified as having lead levels at 5.70 drinking fountain (C) and 20.00 in (D).During inspection, director placed out of service postings and notified parents via email and posted a notice visible to parents. Per Director, children haven't been drinking from fountain C & D since 05/20 Director is aware children cannot have access to fountains C & D until the testing levels are below 5.00.
