Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. LPA observed staff (S1) present and caring for children at the facility. S1 is not fingerprinted or associated to the facility. Licensee stated S1 has been working at the facility only today (2/2/23) due to an emergency licensee had to attend to. Licensee stated, Licensee was going to hire S1 within the next 2 weeks once S1 fingerprints cleared. POC Due Date: 02/06/2023
