This is not met as evidenced by D1 stated that starting this week, students will not commingle for chapel and they will institute staggered chapel time for the K-8 and child care program. D1 will also start the process to apply for a waiver. Facility children are commingling with K-8 children once a week which poses a potential risk to the health, safety, and personal rights of persons in care.
