Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation, and interview the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in which one of the on limits rooms "Kindergarten room" was not clean and safe for the children in care. The room was being used a storage area to include a large massage chair, 1 large plastic bag and broken cardboard box full of items, a vacuum cleaner, a large rubbermaid container that had chicken bedding inside, as well as a heat lamp attached to the back of a child sized chair pointing to a metal cage which housed two chickens.
