Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation and interview, the licensee stated she was not aware that sleep logs were required for children over 12 months old and was unable to provide 15 minute sleep logs for C4 and C5. The licensee did not comply with the section cited above for two out of two infant files reviewed during today's inspection which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
