Deficient Practice Statement Based on LPA's observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in 2 children were in high chairs and not eating watching television. Which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Child 1 was put in high chair so "he doesnt make a rukus" while the other children sleep. Child 2 fell asleep after eating and watching TV and was not moved out of high chair. POC Due Date: 03/28/2023
