  Licensee will watch CCLD training video on personal rights, train all staff in personal rights and will submit a letter of understanding of the personal rights regulations and verification that video was reviewed to LPA via email by 06/19/26. Based on interview and observation, Licensee engaged in language and topics that did not ensure dignity of children in care, therefore the licensee did not comply with the section cited above which posed a possible health and safety risk to persons in care.
