Director has since coached S1 on the importance of supervising children at all times. S1 will ensure there is a staff member inside and outside enabling constant supervision. Based on interviews C1 was left unsupervised inside the classroom while transitioning from outside to inside to obtain slime which poses a potential health, safety or personal rigths risk to children in care.
