Director stated, they have been training S1 regarding how rough they have been handeling children. The have also had a conference with S1 and have been doing a 30 day watch and observation ensuring S1 is properly handeling children in care. Based on LPAs observation and interviews S1 can be rough with children in care, specifically during nap time by tossin, dragging, and forcefully laying children down on their cots. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care.
