Licensee will provide LPA with a plan of operation for inclement weather, including temperatures over 90 degrees and under 65 degrees and in the event of rain or other environmental issues that would not allow for childcare to be conducted outdoors for the majority of the day. Licensee will provide this via email to the LPA by 12/06/24. Based on observation, record review and interviews, the licensee did not ensure children in care were in a safe and healthful environment, therefore this posed a health and safety risk to the persons in care.
