Director stated they have been making ongoing corrections. Director has since spoken and repremanded S1 and have been having onging trainings with S1 throughout a four week span. Based on confidential interviews,S1 failed to meet supervision requirements, resulting in leaving C1 unatteneded inside of the classroom for approximately 3 to 7 minutes. Director has since taken immediate action towards S1. Director stated they have also held a training regarding personal rights that all staff signed. Proof was provided to LPA on 10/04/2024. Based on observation and interview S1 violated the personal rights of C1 by restraining them and tapping C1 on their mouth during nap time.
