  , Based on the LPA’s interviews and record reviews, on 9/25/2025, C1 was found, unsupervised, by staff members, right outside of the Multi-Purpose Room (MPR), between 10:45 am to 10:55 am Director Morena Waack reported to the Child Care Oakland Regional Office via the telephone, the incident, on 9/29/2025. This poses an mmediate and potential risk to the health, safety, and or personal rights of children in care. LPA recommendations and requirements are the following, 1. The Technical Support Program (TSP). TSP is FREE, voluntary, and a non-enforcement service of Community Care Licensing to assist child care providers experiencing compliance challenges. 2. Today's reports will be endorsed to the local Resource and Referral for review. 3. Submit a copy, 10/9/2025 staff minutes of meeting to LPA and staff attendance.
