  101223(a)(3) · (a) The licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded the following personal rights To be free from corporal or unusual punishment, infliction of pain, humiliation, intimidation, ridicule, coercion, threat, mental abuse or other actions of a punitive nature including but not limited to: interference with functions of daily living including eating, sleeping or toileting; or withholding of shelter, clothing, medication or aids to physical functioning. Site Supervisor stated that S1 was immediately removed from the facility and then transferred to another facility. A memorandum of reprimand was issued regarding the incident. Training in the area of personal rights was given to S1. S1 will be required to take training in the area of

  C1 was yelled at by S1 and had a pillow hit them as S1 removed the pillows. This is a risk to the health and safety of children in care managing challenging behaviors.
