Director agreed to compose a self-certification on section- 101229(a)(1) Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision and have all staff read, signed, dated, and submit proof of signed letters to CCL by POC due date. Based on interviews, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above by not supervising C1 appropriately and leaving C1 unsupervised without an adult present which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. Director locked the cabinet under the changing table and moved the spray bottles Based on observation, LPAs observed that there was a cabinet under the changing table that had spray bottles with cleaning supplies that was not locked. There was also a cabinet in Discovery Preschool B Room that had spray bottles with cleaning supplies that was accessible to children.
