101223(a)(1) · PERSONAL RIGHTS (a) The licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded the following personal rights: (1) To be accorded dignity in his/her personal relationships with staff and other persons.

The letter will be provided to LPA Morris via email by 01/13/2026. Based on observation and record review, S1 handled day care children inappropriately, staff used an inappropriate forms of discipline towards children in care, staff made inappropriate comments towards children in care, staff yells at children in care on one or more occasions by placing their hands on the child by grabbing and pulling the arms and shoulders and forcing the child to sit and listen, placing children in the restroom area for discipline, and telling children in care to go to the restroom and cry about it. This is an immediate health, safety and personal rights risk to children in care.
