101229(a)(1) · Responsibility For Providing Care and Supervision - Title 22 regulations state a licensee shall provide care and supervision as necessary to meet the needs of each child, and no child shall be without supervision of a teacher at any time. This includes visual observation. Review of the regulation, as well as a staff training shall be provided that will focus on care & supervision, including constant visual supervision of children while outside 100% of the time. Proof of attendance sent to CCL by POC date. Based on staff interview, as well as the self reported incident report; a child was injured while outside on the playground, staff did not observe the incident. AB 633 states upon receipt, licensee shall post and provide copies of this licensing report to parents/guardians of children in care at the facility and to parents/guardians of children newly enrolled at the facility during the next 12 months and it is to be signed and kept in each child’s file.
