Based on record LPA observed drinking fountain A,B was removed and capped - picture was taken. Per Staff, the facility does not use Drinking Fountain A,B. Drinking water comes from a filtering system on the wall. POC cleared during site visit. and observations, the licensee did not comply with the directive above, as Drinking Fountain- A (13 ppb) and B (14 ppb) tested with an Action Level Exceedance (ALE).
