101216.3(a) · 10230(c) Activties: A teacher-child ratio of one teacher supervising 24 napping children is permitted provided that the remaining teachers necessary to meet the overall ratio specified in Section are immediately available at the center. This requirement was not met as evidenced by: Based on interviews and LPA's Per Administrator they will comply with staff/child ratios. Administrator will submit a compliance plan, including staff schedule by POC due date of 09/15/2021 via email to LPA Lopez. observations the Director was by herself with 19 children. LPA observed 2 children awake, 1 of them walking around. Per administrator and Director the opening teacher was off at 12:30 pm and the next teacher would arrive at 1:30 pm.
