Information and documentation collected during the course of the investigation revealed that a child(ren) younger than 8 years old has/have being observed Licensee agree to cease practice and to provide transportation schedule and documentation to match the number of car seats and boosters to safely transport children in care. During this inspection, LPA observed 2 additional car seats and 3 boosters. by multiple witnesses in the licensee's vehicle without a car seat or booster seat moving around in the back seat while the licensee's vehicle is in motion and/or park outside school grounds. "This is an immediate Health and Safety risk for the children".

Licensee left child(ren) alone in a parked vehicle outside school(s) ground while she was picking up or dropping off other child(ren) which takes between 3-5 minutes. Ages Pre-K to 9 grade. Per licensee's own admission she left child (ren) alone in a parked vehicle with parent/legal guardian authorization. Licensee understands that she must cease immediately this practice of leaving child(ren) in her vehicle(s) alone and without adult (licensee's assistant) supervision. The Department shall exercise this authority * as specified in Health and Safety Code Section 1596.8535(a). Ms. Ramos agreed to visit CCLD website to go on-line at www.ccld.ca.gov and print out a copy of Title 22 Regulations and review them on a regular basis, as well as be familiar with videos pertaining to inspection authority to ensure she is always up-to-date on the changes to those regulations.
