Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation, interview, record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. All three incidents resulted in children being picked up early by parents and taken to the emergency room or their doctor for an evaluation and treatment, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
