To be accorded safe, healthful and comfortable accommodations, furnishings and equipment to meet his/her needs Staff repeatedly mixed-up child's belongings, sending home other children’s Director states Every Friday they have a log parents sing to make sure they have the correct belongings. A copy of the log was provided from director Emilene clothing and water bottles in his child’s bag.

  Per interviews it was stated that sometimes other children's belongings will go home with the wrong child as the children get stuff from their bags and cubbies and will put them back and or in the wrong place. This poses a potential health and safety risk to children in care
