by Director will provide Community Care Licensing with a scheduling plan for back-up coverage for staff breaks, lunches, sick calls. Director will also complete the Child Care Center Online Orientionation. Based on LPAs observations of documentation received it was determined that staff left the classroom unattended while 3 infants were in the classroom during naptime, and one infant was awake. This poses a significant risk to the health, safety, or personal rights of children in care.
