Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in during inspection of the outside play area LPA observed a pile of wood that was almost as high as the outside fence and was accessible to children. LPA also observed rotten fruit on the ground, a garden that was not being maintained that could pose harm and/or threat to children. LPA also observed that tanbark needs to be added to the play structures to provide cushion under high areas. which poses/posed a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
