Licensee stated that they have provided an all staff training on 09/11/2024 regarding maintaing supervision and appropriate procedure with signing in and out of children. gate. LPA and LPM observed on the video footage that child left the classroom and walked toward the exit gate without being notice and stop by staff, which is an immediate risk to the health and safety or personal rights of children in care. Licensee stated a sign for exit gate to remain closed and latch at all times will be posted. Also, Licensee will look into installing a self closing and self latching exit gate.
