Licensee will conduct a training with staff regarding personal rights and dealing with children with challenging behavior. Licensee will provide sign-in of attendees to licensing by 6/26/2025. Based on interview with a parent and a review of video footage, it was revealed that Staff #1 interacted with children inappropriately. This violation of personal rights poses a potential risk to the health, safety, and personal rights of children in care.
