  Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation and interview, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above. LPA observed an unlocked storage drawer inside the classroom with children present that reads "Diaper Creams Keep Lock." Inside the unlocked drawer were medications (Desitin, Eucerin, Aquaphor, etc) labeled "caution: keep out of reach of children." The unlocked drawer was accessible to children in care which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. POC Due Date: 10/12/2023
