Deficient Practice Statement Based on record review, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in one count out of total 2 counts missing current CPR and 1st aid for adult substitute which poses a potential health, and safety risk to persons in care. At the time of LPA's arrival the adult substitutes was caring for 2 children in licensee's absence. The licensee's CPR and 1st aid is current. POC Due Date: 08/22/2024
