101229(a)(1) · 101229 Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision (a) The licensee shall provide care and supervision as necessary to meet the children's needs. (1) No child(ren) shall be left without the supervision of a teacher at any time.... Supervision shall include visual observation. Director agreed to conduct a training for the staff in relation to Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision and will watch the Department Training video related to Providing Care and Supervision on the Department website at www.ccld.ca.gov. A sign in sheet will be provided to the Department related to the training discussion and the attendees by the due date 4/12/23. Based on LPA observation and statements, it was revealed that child (C1) was left alone on 3/23/2023 without any adult supervision inside the Butterfly classroom.
