  by Director stated Teachers are to use the face to name on ProCare. Physical Tracking, Teachers are to use sign in sign out sheets near the doors of the classroom. A headcount sheet was also added to all areas where students occupay. Based on LPA observation and directors statement on the unusual incident (UIR) submitted to the office, it was revealed that a child was left alone on 9/19/2024, without any adult supervision on the playground for five minutes which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
