Deficient Practice Statement Based on observation, at 10:55 a.m., in the "Toddler Room," LPA observed labeled "sippy" water cups and labeled sports bottles stored in a mini refrigerator inaccessible to childrenand, and at 10:57 a.m., LPA Gontarek observed no readily available drinking water or cups for the children in care outside on Infant/Toddler playground. Per Director, outdoor water faucet is turned off and not being used at this time per COVID-19 sanitary practices.
