Based on LPA's observation, an infant was seen sleeping in a high chair, which poses an immediate health, safety and personal rights risk to children in care. LPA provided a copy of regulation 101430

Based upon LPA observation and photos obtained on visits 04/26/23 and 05/19/23, the facility did not meet the section cited above in that infant trays for storing food and outside of infant refrigerator had built up dirt and debris. This is a potential health and safety risk to children in care.
