101229(a)(1) · Section 101229 (a)(1) that no child(ren) shall be left without the supervision, including visual supervision, of a teacher at any time. C1 and C2 were notified of the incident on 10/3/2023. The Director conducted a Staff Meeting on 10/4/2023 to go over supervision, ratios, name to face, and counting the students at various points of transitions. On 10/2/2023 at 3 pm, C1 and C2 was left in the room classroom 111 without supervision of S1 and S2, which is an immediate risk to the health, safety, or personal rights of children in care. The Director stated to continue to spot check classrooms to ensure the ratios are maintained and all the safety protocols are followed, and also continue to review all safety protocols during our regular staff meetings.
