Room 22 does not have running water in the classroom. All the children bring their own water and bottled water has been purchased for room 22 in case children need water. No food prep in the kitchen sink at DeMille school. The children’s food get delivered to DeMille and placed in hot boxes. Lab report analysis water from outlet A (21.800.0 ppb), outlet B (6.470) and outlet C (6.310 ppb) taken on 02/09/2023 indicated levels of lead in exceedance. This poses a potential risk to the health and safety of children in care. Administration will retest, replace or repair outlet A, B, C and will submit resampling results to LPA.
