Based on interviews conducted child #1 ran out of the classroom and was Education Coordinator Cynthia James has put up a baby gate by the back door and is waiting for a second baby gate for the front door. Education Coordinator will conduct a staff meeting and reveiw the Childrens Personal Rights video on CCLD website and submit 1pg statements from each staff on what was learned by POC 4/14/2025 refusing to return to the classroom. Staff #1 and Staff #1 held Child #1 hand, lifted him by the pants, and carried him to the classroom. which posed an immediate risk to the health, safety, and personal rights of children in care.
