101229(a)(1) · Responsibility for Providing Care and Supervision (a) (1) No child(ren) shall be left without the supervision of a teacher at any time, except as specified in Sections 101216.2(e)(1) and 101230(c)(1). Supervision shall include visual observation. Effective immediately, the facility fixed the door in the classroom to ensure that it shuts properly. 101223(a) · 101223 Personal Rights (a) The licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded the following personal rights: (1) To be accorded dignity in his/her personal relationships with staff and other persons. This regulations was not met by Director will conduct a training for staff on Children's Personal Rights and Hand's Off training regarding how to handle children without restraining. The training will include staff watching the CCLD video Children's Personal Rights in Child Care. Child #1’s personal rights were violated as C1 was restrained at two different times on 08/28/2025. Director will provide a sign in sheet of all staff that attended the training and provide signatures on sign in sheet acknowleding their understanding of the training. Director will submit the sign-in sheet to CCLD Fresno by POC deadline.
