LPA observation. During today’s inspection LPA did not observe any shade over the play structure. Trees that were used for shade have been Site Supervisor stated they are working with the Merced City School District to obtain a shade structure. District to provide a plan for shade to Community Care Licensing by 9/20/21. removed from the outdoor activity area with no shade structure to replace the shade lost.
