    Staff #1 is no longer working at the facility. The facility will be conducting a training for staff on children's personal rights and Title 22 regulations. LPA will also complete a referral to the Technical Support Program. Based on review of video footage, Staff #1 was violating Child #1's personal rights by forcing the child to lay on the cot during nap time.
