Staff #1 is no longer working at the facility. The facility will be conducting a training for staff on children's personal rights and Title 22 regulations. LPA will also complete a referral to the Technical Support Program. Based on review of video footage, Staff #1 was violating Child #1's personal rights by forcing the child to lay on the cot during nap time. Deficient Practice Statement During inspection, LPA observed two small blue couches in room P3 that have several stains on them. LPA also observed two small brown couches in the Pre-K room where the upholstry is ripping on the arm rests. This prevents the furniture from being sanitary.
