Based on interviews and observations Director Regina Wolf stated the facility will continue their contract with Clark Pest control who are scheduled for pest maintenance once a month. Director Regina Wolf also installed 4 pest acator (rodent repelling aid) and also added 6 radent proof door sweeps plates to 6 doors. the facility has had an issue with rodents. facility is activily working in resolving the issue. This poses a potential risk to the health, safety, or personal rights of children. Director Regina Wolf stated that the facility will be deep cleaned, including moving furnishings (shelves, bookcases, etc..) and be decluttered of unused items.

Based on interview with Director it revealed that Teacher 1 mishandled Child 1 in a rough manner Licensee stated that they will conduct a staff training on personal rights, staff will watch the personal rights vidoe on CCLD website and receive training on how to handle difficult situations.
