a complete investigation by Merced City Police Department and CCLD Investigations Branch Licensee stated and documented that Joel Damian Ortega will not be allowed onto the property and he will contact Merced Police Department if necessary. LPA received document with Licensee's hand written statement on this inspection. Deficiency corrected. Licensee's adult son had a firearm in the home not appropriately stored. This is an immediate personal rights, health and safety risk to children in care.
