Based on LPA's observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in the backyard outdoor space, next to the cemented area, in a dry grass section, there were piles of chicken coop debris mixed with dried cat feces, large spider webs along the fence, small garden tool rakes on the ground and side gate area was open, which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
