as evidenced the facility having no running water on 02/06/23 (Monday). Children and staff were provided bottled water, however, the Maintenance workers repaired the broken water pipe and running water was restored about an hour and a half after opening on 02/06/23. toilets were not able to be flushed after use and they had to use hand sanitzier to wash their hands. This was caused by a broken water pipe. There was no running water for about 1 1/2 hours.
