  by evidence by: The site supervisor statement that Child 1 and Child 2 (preschool age) were allowed to participate in an organized wrestling match. The site supervisor also reported that both children sustained minor injuries while wrestling and one of the children did not want to return to the facility after the wrestling activity. This poses an immediate health and safety risk to the children in care Management informed staff that wrestling is not an activity that children can do at the facility. Staff encourage children to participate in tumbling activities, running, or pushing against wall. Staff also can provide children with a weighted vest or blanket if they need to relax. Site Supervisor will review with management and make a plan to move forward.
